Meet Our Instructors

Frank D. Ferris has worked for the Treasury and Defense departments as well the National Treasury Employees Union where he served at the Executive Vice President, chief negotiator, and training director. He is the author of “Collective Bargaining Law In The Federal Sector” and has been an adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins and other universities. He has taught classes on Negotiations, Human Resources, Employment Law, Compensation Management, and Labor Relations and Conflict Management while also publishing dozens of journal articles on those topics. His doctorate is from the University of Southern California.
